These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "the User") and as67 (hereinafter referred to as "as67", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the as67 online gaming platform accessible at https://as67.net and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

Sports betting: All pre-match and in-play bets are accepted subject to available odds and market liquidity at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. as67's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit as67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
